Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Microsoft Certified professional. Job Description X Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / MCA or equivalent qualificationSummary: The Team lead should also be a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Microsoft Certified professional. They should possess a minimum of 5 years experience in supporting Network infrastructure with a minimum of 200 nodes at a single location with Team Handling experience. CCNA certification mandatory. Essentials: Must possess a solid understanding of Network Industry concepts (including WAN, LAN, WLAN). Experience supporting Enterprise class Routers, Switches in a complex Network Environment. Working knowledge in Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, RIP and Static) and Redistribution. Experienced in configuration of DNS, VRRP, HSRP, Load Sharing, Zone Based Firewall, Policy Based Routing, Access Control Lists, VLAN and WLAN. Installation and OS Support - Repair / Re- Installation or fresh Installation Installation and Software Support on Office Automation software, Anti- virus software, Email Client (Outlook), IE, Chrome & other Business Critical Applications Configure / troubleshoot network connectivity of desktops / laptops & network printers Supervises the team on the floor Floor walks for to handle escalations and for the purpose of resolving concerns and doubts of the associates. Acts as a coach and mentor to the associates by helping them in their work and providing assistance on the process and the product as and when required. Answers the associate s queries on the process and the product. Conducts team meetings on a weekly basis and provides feedback to the associates on their performance. Checks the team reports generated for any errors, and correct the same or provide feedback to the associates. ,
