1 Primary Responsibility:Technically supervision & Maintenance of existing green belt/New development & greenCSR activities (as per demand)with better survival results by using Hi-tech technologies.Plantation activities as per approved plan by using Hi-tech technologies for better results.Reducing the cost of development and maintenance on practical ground as a cost savinginitiative by providing skill training related Horticulture to all Mallies for better workingefficiency, Proper management in fertigation, pests & diseases control related with soiland plants, Developing in house productive nursery/research center, etc.Implementation and maintenance of Israel Hi-tech irrigation system for reducing the cost& quantity of water for water efficient green development.Productive farming for utilization of waste land, creating employment for locals ,economygeneration for company and helping for maintaining a food security of India.2 Secondary Responsibilities :Complete the allocated projects within time frame and maintain the allocated greendevelopment with survival rate >92%.Preparation of drawings related landscape, green cover, Irrigations, mechanization, etc.on the ground level.Plants quality check as per plan before implementation.Prepare reports related green zone for Green Audit.Maintain safety and dignity of labour. ,
