Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled and friendly Waiter/Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain a pleasant dining experience, and handle guests requests in a professional manner.Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
    • Present menu and provide detailed information about items when asked.
    • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
    • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
    • Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and set up before and after guests use.
    • Address customers queries and complaints efficiently.
    • Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
    • Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
