Job Description

    Position: HR Admin Executive (Tender & Office)Level: Mid-Level | Type: Full-Time Location: Ahmedabad Salary: 20,000 - 25,000/monthJob Summary:We are hiring an HR Admin Executive to manage tender documentation, office administration, and basic HR functions. The role involves supporting daily operations, ensuring compliance, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining smooth internal communication.Key Responsibilities:
    • Follow up on tenders, review terms, and prepare documentation.
    • Manage PF, ESIC, PT challans, and maintain office records.
    • Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle onboarding, employee records, and KYC formalities.
    • Maintain office inventory, cleanliness, and vendor communication.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare reports.
    • Support finance and team-building activities.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree (preferred) with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficient in MS Office and basic HR/admin tools.
    • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
    • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
