Job Description

Eligibility : B.E., MBA, PGDM, B.tech., MSC, BSC-IT

Experience : 1 to 3 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have graduation with minimum 50%.
  • Must be ready to work in team.
  • Must have ability to work without guidance.
  • You will be not eligible if you have already visited us for interview.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Must be able to do recruitment individually.
  • Must be able to handle all task related to admin and Office management.
  • Need to operate CRM fully (Training will be provided)
  • Need to manage account responsibility as per requirement
  • Need to build relationship with existing client by call.
  • Need to manage vendor coordination and Documentation.
  • Day to day telephonic follow up and interaction with existing and new clients. Able to send quotations, explain the products and services offered.
  • Can handle Front Office Activities, All Day-to-day Routine Work of the Office Administration Etc.
  • Maintaining Database of Potential Clients and Exploring Market and Business Opportunities.
  • Should be able To Handle Mails, Phone Calls, Couriers, Posts, Correspondence, Chats, Draft Various Letters, inventory and Clients Follow Ups Etc.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and telephone conference
  • Reporting about the Day-to-day progress and provide administrative services to The Management.

Required Skills:

  • Having Good computer basic and MS Office knowledge.
  • Having ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them to solve out.
  • Excellent communication skills. Most of your work will be on communication basis.
  • Excellent telephone mannerisms. support will be provided over the phone/Internet/physical
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must Be Well Versed In Use Of Computers and Proficient In Internet Usage. Should Have Excellent Knowledge Of MS Office.
  • Should Be Well Organized, Ambitious, Confident, Sincere and Achievement Oriented
  • Should Have Strong Soft Skills, Positive Attitude, And Convincing Quality.
