Job Description

    Role - HR ExecutiveLocation - Ahmedabad, GJExpereince - 1-3 yrsWork Days - 6 Days (Mon-Sat) 10-7 PMResponsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
    • Handle job postings, candidate follow-ups, and interview coordination
    • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
    • Assist in preparing and verifying monthly payroll inputs
    • Track attendance, leaves, and late coming data for salary processing
    • Coordinate with the finance/payroll vendor for timely disbursement
    • Ensure accuracy in payroll components (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)
    Requirement:
    • 1 year of experience in recruitment and basic payroll handling
    • Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS/HRIS tools
    • Strong communication and coordination skills
    • Knowledge of labor laws and payroll components is a plus
    FEMALE candidates are highly prefer for this role
