Job Description

    Were hiring HR Executive (HR Operations) for a leading Oil & Gas companyExperience: 1-4 YearsMBA-HR Mandatory AhmedabadKey Responsibilities
    • Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
    • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and timesheet reconciliation.
    • Support statutory compliance activities (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
    • Handle onboarding/offboarding documentation and maintain HR records.
    • Maintain HRIS and prepare basic HR reports.
    • Resolve employee payroll and attendance queries.
    • Coordinate with Finance and external vendors
    Requirements
    • 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations/Payroll.
    • Good knowledge of Indian statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
    • Strong Excel and HRMS skills.
    • Detail-oriented with good communication skills and confidentiality mindset.
