Job Description

Recruitment: Planning, Managing & Executing Entire recruitment cycle within the approved Budget, short listing of resumes, scheduling interviews, taking HR interview. And after final round of selection, making an offer, salary negotiation, reference checks etc. Induction & Joining Formalities: Conducting the Induction programs for the new recruits. Opening salary accounts, filing PF nomination. Making employee aware of the company rules & regulations, organizational culture. Training: Arranging internal trainers to enhance the technical knowledge and the soft skills of the employees & coordinating for the complete training process. Salary & Leave Record: Keeping track of attendance register. Maintaining leave record of all employees and Preparing Salary & Allowance. Performance Appraisal& Increment: Coordinating for Performance Appraisal & Annual Increment process. Employee Welfare & Benefits: Helping in Medical Insurance, WC Policy & Organizing other welfare activities like Health Check up camps etc. Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances and maintaining cordial employee relation. Exit Management: Conducting exit interviews & other clearance formalities like full and final settlement, issuing relieving & Experience letter. HR Operation & MIS: Maintaining HR Master Database and other miscellaneous databases. Issuance of all HR letters related to confirmation, promotion and salary revision. Employee Personal File: Prepared & Maintaining Employee Personal File. Preparing Various Letter under HR like as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letter and experience letters, promotion, Transfer. General Administration: Canteen, Housekeeping, Contract Labour Management. Grievances solving towards employees, Lessoning with Government Authorities. Statutory Labour Compliance: Handling PF, PT, LWF, related works, Submission of PF and PT Challan monthly, Submission of PF Annual return and, Submission Professional Tax Challans as per act schedule.,
