Job Description

    About the Role:We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR Department and play a key role in shaping our organizational culture. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the HR Department to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies.Drive recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent in the logistics industry.Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and effective communication.Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and development.Oversee training and development programs to nurture skills and capabilities within the team.Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.6-10 years of progressive experience in HR roles.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
