Job Description

Qualification Any Graduate with MBA HR / MSW etc.Exp -- 20 + years in manufacturing industries. Worked with ISO 9002, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 will preferred.CTC --- 12 to 13.5 Lacs PA.Pl. ensure:Years of Exp should be after graduation/ Diploma.Candidate should continue in in job at present.Graduation/ Diploma should completed in full time-regular course.Exp should be of manufacturing industries.Joining will be as a probationer.Job Functions of a HR Manager:1.Maintain a healthy work culture and environment at work place.2.Strive to have a win-win situation in the employer - employee relationship at all the locations3.To create an atmosphere of trust and caring where the employee feels prospects of personal andprofessional growth--at the same time they make work sincerely to achieve companys targets.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment -- Based on the profiles listed in consultation with the department heads & Plant ManagersTraining -- Oversee the training program of employees and validate/evaluate the training being imparted.Interaction -- To understand employee needs, grievances and feedback to the management with ideas/suggestions how to resolve the issues highlighted during these interactions.Periodic interaction with employee union and discussions with unionand feedback thereof to the managementEvaluation -- Co-ordinate employee evaluation and periodic performance review of employee, with feedback to employee on their performance.Contract labour Management -- This involves finalizing a strategy with the management of ratio and type of contract labour to be employed based on local situation and applicable laws. Evaluation of contractors and their employees. Understanding their issues and representing them with the management to find workable solutions.Public Relations -- Handling issues raised by locals and villagers.Employee retention -- Efforts and Ideas to promote employee retention and minimize employee turnout, by means of exit interview, etc.Discipline -- Approval and Implementation of the standing Orders. Disciplinary actions as and when required, Including issue of warning letters, show cause notice and other remedies mandated by law. To control unauthorized absenteeism.Statutory Compliances -- including periodic returns, display of notices and liasioning with the authorities including but not limited to the following:This also includes statutory compliances for the contractor and other agencies utilized in the factory.

  4. Factory Inspectorate.
  5. Pollution Control.
  6. Professional Tax
  7. Fire and Emergency Services.
  8. Explosives

  10. Panchayat, Municipality, Town Planning, Health , etc.
  11. Labour acts like MWA, PWA, LWF, etc.
Employee Insurance -- Personal accident and Mediclaim Insurance facility management and co-ordination internally and with external insurance provider for prompt settlements of claims.Transit Insurance -- Co-ordination internally and with external insurance provider for prompt settlements of claims.Security -- Security of Plant including Visitor movement. Review with security agencies , etc.Employee data -- Employee attendance, In/Out movement, leave records, Identity cards, Employee benefits tracking.Facilities-- Ensuring hygienic upkeep of employee facilities like rest rooms, dining areas, change rooms, lockers, etc.Reporting & Analysis -- Ensuring timely compilation of data and completion of reporting as per formats for month end or as needed by the management in India and Italy. Providing data for Monthly Review Meetings. Analysis of data to understand the performance of the KPI.Estate Maintenance -- Ensuring upkeep of factory building and property. The general overall Cleanliness and orderliness in and around the Buildings.
