Should be good in payroll processing, must have worked on PF/ ESI/ Min wages Keep a track of allHRrelated documents and policies required for individual employees. Handles detailed, complex concepts and problems, balances multiple tasks simultaneously. Work towards building effective systems, processes & policy to track, manage & record attendance & leave records of the employees. Handle employee grievance Prepare & maintain various HR related MIS report. Ensure that all the actions are taken in strict adherence to theHRPolicies & Processes. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Responsible for on time Attendance & Payroll process (Including Employee Taxation) Handle annual Performance management process Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Handle end to end Statutory & Legal Matters related with employees Responsible for Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities Responsible for execution of HR Policies and Systems within organization Responsible for maintain healthy work environment within organization Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Responsible for Employee Retention or Employee Exit process Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Ensure proper implementation and smooth functioning of theHRframework and policies. Responsible for Other miscellaneous task or activity assign by Management. SECONDARY & OTHER Roles & Responsibilities :- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Should be People oriented and results driven Responsible for ensuring timely, prompt and efficient delivery and implementation of allHRservices, policies and programs. Provides general oversight of all activities, manages the day- to- day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.
