Job summary1. Attendance management system (Kronos and FCLM responsibilities):Pointing exceptions on daily basisMonitering leaves , LOPs , unscheduled overtime and 6th day overtimeResolving any deviation in kronos observed.Manager leaves tracking.2. MIS( Management information system)i. Generate Daily HR-MIS reportii. Generate Attendance report3. Payroll Management System.i. Compare agency data base with Kronos.ii. Compare over time and NSA inputs with agencyto managers.4. Disciplinary actions:i. Monitoring issue of warning letters for indisciplineii. Prompting agency to follow standard disciplinary processes5. Performance management systemi. Generating attendance, Quality and productivity Feedback along with aency.ii. Updating feedback tracker.6. Onboarding:i. Ensuring all joining documents are in file according to the joining checklistii. Ensuring visibility of new joiners in all the systemsiii. Ensuring all files are maintained in timely auditsiv. Coordinating with agency to ensure smooth first day formalities.v. Educating new joiners on HR policies and system7. Engagement activities: Supporting HRBP to implement all engagement initiatives on shop floor., Graduate with 5 years of experience in HR. Hands on experience in HR business partnering role in a manufacturing, retail, sales or logistics. Exposure in on-ground field HR operations with workmen/staff - Engagement, recruitment, onboarding, training is desirable.Post graduation in HR will be preferable. Basic Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation in HR Experience in logistics/manufacturing/retail/sales HR is desirable. People management experience. Experience in handling ground field team is highly desirable. Experience in handling live operations preferred (wherein real-time decision making capability & bias for action is a must)
