Job Description

    • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
    • One must review resumes, focusing on skills matching up best to the requirements at hand and interview candidates until they find just what an employer is looking for.
    • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
    • Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.
    • We are looking for a Recruiter with end-to-end recruiting requirements, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to scheduling interviews and hiring great employees.
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
    • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
    • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
    • Promote companys reputation as best place to work.
    Requirements and skills:-
    • Excellent English communication skills are must.
    • Strong decision-making skills.
    • One must be able develop or practice sourcing using different combinations of words.
    • Assessment skill to find fit candidate for the allocated role.
