Job Description

    Job Summary
    • Recruitment as core Task
    • Job includes, partnering with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs.
    • Sharing Vacancies/ Feedbacks with empanelled consultants.
    • Job Posting at relevant Job Portals and Boards
    • Screening resumes, as per defined criteria.
    • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
    • Administering appropriate company assessments.
    • Performing reference, background and documents checks.
    • Ensure joining formalities and on-boarding process.
    Responsibilities and Duties
    • Making recommendations to company hiring managers/ clients.
    • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
    • Following up on the interview process status.
    • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
    • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
    • Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and state laws regarding employment practices.
    • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
    • Timely feedback to all panel recruitment consultants on shortlisting and rejections.
    • Coordinate with candidates, interviewing managers and consultants for all personal round interviews.
    • Completing timely reports on employment activity
    • Conducting exit interviews of resigned employees
