Job Description

    Job Title: Recruitment SpecialistWere looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll be in charge of finding, interviewing, and hiring great talent to help our company grow. Youll handle the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.What Youll Do:
    • Find and Attract Candidates: Use job portals, social media, and other methods to find top candidates for open positions.
    • Conduct Interviews: Interview candidates to make sure theyre the right fit for the job and our company culture.
    • Screen Candidates: Review resumes, conduct background checks, and ensure candidates meet the job requirements.
    • Post Job Openings: Create and share job listings on job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract applicants.
    • Manage the Recruitment Process: Take care of everything from the moment we start looking for a candidate until theyre hired and onboarded.
    • Engage on Social Media & Job Portals: Regularly post job ads on job boards and social media to keep our hiring efforts visible and active.
    • Update Systems: Keep our internal records and tracking systems (like MIS and CRM) up-to-date with candidate details, interview notes, and progress.
    • Handle Administrative Tasks: Take care of routine back-office work related to recruitment, including filing and organizing documents.
    • Help Meet Company Goals: Support the team in meeting our hiring targets and ensuring we bring in the best people to drive the company forward.
    What You Need:
    • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
    • Great communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
    • Familiarity with job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
    • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
    • Attention to detail, with a focus on making sure candidates have a positive experience.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM/MIS tools.
