Job Description

    Job Title: HR Recruitment InternLocation: Thaltej AhemdabadDepartment: Human ResourcesDuration: 3 monthReports to: Hr Recruitment InternJob Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist the recruitment team with various tasks related to sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for different positions across the organization. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in creating and posting job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
    • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further screening.
    • Conduct initial phone interviews and assessments of candidates.
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
    • Assist in maintaining and updating the candidate database (Applicant Tracking System - ATS).
    • Support in drafting and sending out offer letters and employment contracts.
    • Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruitment, or virtual hiring drives.
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding documents and conducting orientation.
    • Help with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including organizing and filing resumes and interview notes.
    • Provide general HR support when needed.
    Requirements:
    • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards is a plus.
    • Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
