1. Must be able to do End-to-End IT Recruitment individually. Candidates having excellent skills in Screening, Shortlisting, Calling, Convincing, finalizing interview schedules, Salary negotiation, and follow up with them till onboarding.
2. Candidate having multitasking ability based upon the Priority. Can handle new Employee Onboarding, Orientation, and Induction formalities.
3. Candidate having the competency to close the Job Openings in a specific timeline.
4. Payrolling process. Exit formalities, Employee engagement activities, Event/Festival Celebrations.
5. New policies formation and implementation across the organization level.
6. Must be able to handle all tasks related to HRAdmin, Office management Account.
7. Need to operate CRM fully (Training will be provided)
8. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and telephone conferences.
9. Reporting about the Day-to-day progress and providing HR Administrative services to The Management.
10. Preference to local candidates or from Gujarat / Nearby states or candidates having a strong reason to relocate to Ahmedabad.
