Job Description

Owing to the technical background of both our partners, they are still actively involved in new product development. It is the companys objective to introduce new products every year to its already diverse portfolio.We have a dedicated R&D set-up and a team of experienced R&D people continuously working on new products as well as improving existing products. With continuously evolving requirements, it has become very important to relook/redevelop existing products and this is what Prima does on a regular basis.For us, R&D also means continuously striving to make processes more environment friendly-focusing on cutting down wastewater, and air emissions. Along similar lines, we also take up projects to work on wastewater recycling and reusing to continue our commitment towards sustainability and a cleaner environment.Similarly, projects. are continuously ongoing to make processes more energy efficient.To complement our R&D set-up we have a well-equipped analytical testing lab that facilitates raw material and end product testing.Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Selection: You are typically involved in the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.2. Employee Onboarding: You ensure that new employees have a smooth transition into the organization by coordinating orientation programs, explaining company policies and procedures, and providing necessary training.3. Performance Management: You may develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and assist in addressing performance issues.4. Employee Relations: You handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.5. Training and Development: You identify training needs, organize training programs, and support employees in their professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.7. Strategic Planning: You collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives, and you provide input on workforce planning and talent management initiatives.8. Any Graduate, Min 2 years of experience in HR Executive role9. The candidate should be an excellent communicator10. Grievance Handling and Having knowledge of Excel for MIS reportsSalary Bracket25 to 35k depending on experience,
