Job Description

It represents some of the finest world brands in Audio, Video and Control Systems viz., Sonance, Nice Group, Russound, Waterfall Audio, RAKO Lighting Control systems, Wyrestorm, Cornered Audio, Lithoss, Global Cache, Tapco, Fusion Research, Cool Automation, etc. and is engaged in importing and distributing products from these companies across India through its all india network of Integrators/dealers. VINSHEK has set up an unique Experience Centre in Ahmedabad spread over 16000 sq. ft. with latest state of the art Audio, Video & Control systems for showcasing to its clients, dealers, architects, interior designers etc.
    • Candidate must be very meticulous in handing perfect import documentation and correspondence work and will liaison with Principal Companies, forwarders, Customs, CHA and courier companies on mail / phone, deal with banks for import payments and foreign exchange related matters. Experience of handling import compliances as per current regulations in force and effectively dealing with them shall be preferred. Sincerity, Credential, Punctuality, Accuracy, Proactiveness and Financial Integrity are the key words for the candidate to fulfil. People who do not fulfil these criteria need not apply.
    Candidate profile:
    • Selected candidate should be graduate with good command over written and spoken English and well conversant with import procedures, documentation, Correspondence, dealing with CHA, forwarders etc. Fluency in written and spoken English is most essential.
    Experience: Experience in Imports department of a limited company for minimum 3 to 4 years is absolutely essential. Candidates who aspire to work with us for minimum five years only need apply.
