Today, we are a team of 100 members with a customer base of 300 companies across different sectors such as Auto, FMCG, Textile & Apparel, Engineering etc.Website: www.gembaconcepts.comKey Responsibilities:Lead Qualification: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and assess their fit for our products/services. Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and. objectives. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize opportunities for further engagement.Requirements Gathering: Engage with clients to gather detailed requirements and understand their business challenges.Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for prospective clients. Work with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) or requests for information (RFIs).Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help clients make informed decisions. Follow up with clients post-engagement to gather feedback and address any concerns.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments. Provide feedback to the team based on client insights and market feedback to drive product enhancements and improvements.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer needs.
