Expedition / Inspection EngineerLocation : AhmedabadExperience : 2 4 YearsFunction : Production/Manufacturing/EngineeringVacancy : 1EXPEDITION / INSPECTION ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION (Preference Candidates) BE (Metallurgy/Mechanical/ Production)

  1. 2-4 years of Industrial Experience in Expedition and Inspection mandatory
02. Experience in technical knowledge of Pipes/Tubes/Fittings/Plates/Bars03. Strong interpersonal and communication skills04. Willingness to travel up to 75% of time05. PC skills including Excel Spreadsheets, Databases, Word processing, PPT and use of Internet06. Preferred language English, Hindi and other regional language mandatory as per the place of posting.07. Ability to perform in a team oriented environment08. Identification needs of the Management in Order to deliver Quality oriented Products on Timely basis to end Customer09. Should interface within all team members, suppliers and end customer to deliver the products on Time10. Able to identify potential suppliers in region of Vadodara, Ahemdabad, within Gujarat and Maharashtra for above said products11. Should have experience in vendor development and sourcing12. To ensure expedition with supplier starting from Raw material, in progress production, Annealing, Pickling, Passivation, cleaning, marking, in process inspection, final inspection, dispatch and to ensure final material receipt at site13. Should possess knowledge in conducting Raw Material Inspection, In Process and Final Inspection, able to read QAP and follow as per QAP14. Prime responsible for OTD (On time delivery) and Inspection of Products15. Should possess knowledge in vendor assessment and manufacturing facility audit16. Should have knowledge in Fabrication and MachiningQualification :Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of TechnologyWorking Days : 5 Days a Week ( to )Job Nature : Full Time
