Design and develop sound instructional materials, based on established strategies and approaches Work effectively in a team, based on agreed plans and allocations Plan, schedule, and manage an e-learning project (depends on the level of experience) Develop educational courses (WBT/ CBT/ ILT) using the ADDIE model and the ISD methodology Ensure that ISD processes are followed Perform quality assurance reviews of e-learning courseware (preferred; depends on the level of experience) Systematically analyze, design, develop, and test / revise the instructional design solution Ensure that ISD training programs are effective and accomplish established terminal objectives Develop and encourage non-traditional solutions to problems / challenges Assist in directing ISD development project and priority (depends on the level of experience). ,
