    • Drive insurance business through multiple sales and distribution channels
    • Promote Life, Health, and General Insurance solutions to clients
    • Build and manage relationships with HNI and retail customers
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and portfolio expansion
    • Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable protection solutions
    • Deliver high-quality advisory and customer service experience
    • Achieve assigned business targets and revenue objectives
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless client servicing
    • Maintain strong market and product knowledge within the insurance domain
    Candidate Profile
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance Sales, Wealth Management, or Financial Services
    • Prior experience in Broking or Insurance Channel preferred
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
    • Experience handling affluent or HNI clients will be an added advantage
    • Result-oriented professional with strong business acumen
    • Good understanding of insurance and financial products
