Accepts, prioritizes, and categorizes and updates the Change Request in ServiceNow. Obtains authorization for submitted change requests from the Change Authority. Ensures post review of exception changes to evaluate if the change addressed a real or a perceived exception condition Utilizes the Change Management reporting system to monitor and track changes Considerable initiative and discernment relative to problem determination / resolution and telephone etiquette.   • 6-10 years of shown experience in service management skills.
  • Identifies change requests that have not been acted upon in a timely manner and takes appropriate action
  • Ensures that changes are communicated in time and adequate manner
  • Create and distribute Change Management reports
  • Reviews all implemented changes to ensure that they have been carried out
  • Carries out the Process Manager responsibilities for Change Management process
  • Collect Change Assessment Results and Issues
  • Ready and Present Change Authorization Package
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Knowledge on Intel / DBA/ Unix / Windows OS/Exchange Applied
  • In-depth knowledge in Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
  • Overall idea on production IT Environment and IT Operation
  • Understanding on ITIL principles
