    CTC : Upto 3.8 LPAExp : 0-3 yrThis is an opportunity to transform your career in the interior design domain by owning & leading the design role on client projects end to end.Your responsibilities would include handling customer leads, pitching most feasible design solutions in totality covering designs, product solutions, quotations and convincing clients on your offering.While you are not expected to generate your own business leads, you would be responsible for owning your sales pipeline and drive closures by following the Livspace defined process on which you will be trained.You would be responsible for the entire customer experience along with the quality & accuracy of design deliverables.You are expected to coordinate with various internal stakeholders and work on Livspace platform tools & software.Qualifications :Diploma in Interior DesignB. Arch12th 1 year Diploma in Interior DesignOther Degree Diploma in Interior DesignCivil Eng Diploma in Interior DesignPreferred Profile:Graduation / Diploma in Interior Designing/ ArchitectureMinimum experience of 6 months as an Interior DesignerLed and delivered minimum 2-4 Residential projects, with scope including modular (kitchen wardrobe) designHolds excellent knowledge of design tools like AutoCAD, PowerPointHolds design expertise in conceptual design - Layout, Style, Moodboard creationHas strong working knowledge of technical design - Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing PreparationHas a strong knowledge of modular kitchen & wardrobe design - material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planningHas working knowledge of civil works & services - specifications & installation detailsHolds technical expertise in creating BoQ/ quotation for customers and coordinating with internal & external agenciesAbility to drive sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading the design meetings with the customersHolds behavioural attributes - result oriented, team work, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication
