JD: Implementation and execution of ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 20000. Implementation, execution and maintenance of ISO Policies, Process, Procedures and other applicable legislations, policies, guidelines etc. Responsible for Internal Audits and compliance Responsible for external audits Carry out Documentation, technical report writing etc. Pertaining to ISO 27001/ 20000. Interface & co- ordinate with stakeholders for the Tickets raised in the Help Desk. Report to top management on the performance of the ISO Standards and any need for improvement. Ensure that the performance of the ISO Standards are reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. Ensure the promotion of awareness of ISO Standards throughout the organization. Responsible for guiding team for closure of incidents/ SR/ CR etc. as per ISO policies and RFP timelines. Should have very strong communication skills and technical writing skills. Should possess working knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000 & ISO 27001. Compliance to ISO 20k & 27 k.
