Responsibilities: The System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/ configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to enabling staff. Install and configure softwares such as Winner, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3d Max and coral draw. This individual is responsible for configuring and maintaining the company mailing server which is by NET 4 India and Firewall by SonicWALL. Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. Troubleshoot problems reported by users. Maintain network and system security. Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of computers as well as printers. Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems. Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, security updates and patches. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate device or disks are created. Repair and recovery from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with the concern department.,
