Job Description

    We have an opening for ITI Fitter our client in Kheda.Job Title: ITI FitterLocation: [Kheda]Job Type: [Full-time/Part-time/Contract]Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled ITI Fitter with expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in utility management, gearbox maintenance, and operations related to sand plants and molding lines. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and supporting production activities.Key Responsibilities:Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems:Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Utility Management:Monitor and maintain utility systems to ensure optimal performance.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of utility infrastructure.Gearbox Maintenance:Overhaul and repair gearboxes, ensuring alignment and lubrication standards are met.Diagnose and resolve gearbox-related issues to minimize downtime.Sand Plant and Molding Line Operations:Assist in the operation and maintenance of sand plant machinery.Support the molding line operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules.Safety and Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.Assist in the preparation of reports for management.Qualifications:ITI certification in Fitter or related field.Minimum [8 years] of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Familiarity with gearbox mechanics and maintenance.Experience in sand plant and molding line operations is a plus.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Skills:Technical proficiency in machinery and tools.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Kindly share your CV at hidden_emailSmit BhavreTalish Solutions91 hidden_mobile / hidden_emailwww.talishsolutions.com
