Job Description

    Experience: 4 YearsLocation: Ahmedabad (WFO)Key responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and scalable. Review code written by junior developers and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement software solutions that align with the companys technical roadmap. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Identify and optimize application bottlenecks to improve system performance and scalability. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and DevOps, to ensure successful project delivery. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, APIs, and coding standards. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development. Ensure compliance with. coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Should be great team player and work with team to achieve goals collaboratively.Requirement: Strong in java oops concepts and multithreading hands-on experience with data structures Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and other relevant technologies. Experience with RESTful web services, microservices architecture, and API design. Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Must have an idea of deployment and ci/cd tools such as AWS, GCP, Jenkins Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Developer) are advantageous. Knowledge of any caching and streaming frameworks and tools such as redis, hazelcast, kafka is advantageous,
