    Jewellery ConsultantPosition: Jewellery ConsultantJob SummaryA Jewellery Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers in selecting jewellery that meets their preferences, occasions, and budgets. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the showroom is presented to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities
    • Welcome customers and provide personalized jewellery consultations.
    • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
    • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
    • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
    • Explain product features, quality certifications, pricing, and jewellery care instructions.
    • Upsell and cross-sell complementary jewellery and accessories.
    • Process billing, payments, and customer orders using POS systems.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock audits.
    • Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
    • Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
    • Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, and promotional campaigns.
    • Follow company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent (preferred).
    • 13 years of experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or premium customer service.
    • Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
