The JIRA Administrator will be responsible for supporting our JIRA implementation including JIRA on-premise
The JIRA Administrator will be responsible for supporting our JIRA implementation including JIRA on-premise administration, JIRA configuration and maintenance, and JIRA project enhancements.
Install and configure the Atlassian product cloud and self-hosted server. (JIRA, confluence - Mandatory)
Install, configure and uphold secure web-server, proxy server (Nginx) and database server operations. (MySQL, Maria DB and Postgres SQL)
Administrative support and periodic monitor system health of self-hosted (server) JIRA, Confluence and other Atlassian tools.
Perform Project migration, backup/restore and archive activity.
Maintain integration JIRA with other services, backups, add-ons, upgrades and periodic maintenance tasks.
Design and implement custom workflows, fields, global permission, permission schemes, post functions, plugin installation and test, etc.
Manage source code management systems and its operations.
