Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for,Jr. Engineer- Cabinet Foaming(Production)Job Title :Jr. Engineer Cabinet FoamingDivision : RefrigerationExp : 1-8 YrLocation : Gujarat - AhmedabadSalary : 3-5 LPAQualification : B.Tech Mechanical/ElectricalDiploma in Mechanical/ElectricalIndustry : Consumer Durables (Haier, Videocon, Panasonic, LG, Godrej, Liebherr, Gem Care, Whirlpool, Hitachi)POSITION OBJECTIVE

  • Responsible to achieve daily production of back end i.e. of cabinet foaming
  • Plan & coordinate daily production to produce high quality product
  • Effective utlisation of manpower, scrap cost reduction, quality & safety improvement .
Main Function Responsibilities and Activities
  • Responsible for achieving daily production as per plan (Back end production cabinet foaming).
  • Responsible for manpower management in cabinet foaming and allotting the work
  • Responsible for smooth production of cabinet foaming by strong communication with CRF, back wall & cabinet thermoforming team.
  • Responsible to clear the process rejection on daily basis
  • Responible to maintain 6S on shopfloor
  • Responsible to verify and maintain critical to process & critical to quality parameter like chemical temperature, injection pressureetc.
  • Responsible to unload the chemical together with maintenance incase of Foaming operator absenteeism.
  • Responsible to do calbrition together with maintenance team
  • Coordination with respective department to minimize the losses
I.Store because of material unavailibility/shortages.II.Maintenance dept. incase of machine/conveyor breakdownIII.HR dept. incase of manpower absenteeism.IV.Quality/PE department for improvement in process, quality
  • To train new manpower & multiskilling them
