Responsibilities: Adopt company culture and professional etiquette Respect team members and work as a team player Learn the software development process and life cycle Study requirements , specifications and technical design documents to understand the system Create detailed , comprehensive and well - structured test plans and test cases Identify , record , document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Develop and testing processes for new and existing projects to meet client needs Monitor debugging process results Track quality assurance metrics , like defect densities and open defect counts Stay up - to - date with new testing tools and test strategies Recommend and execute improvements Focus on depth of knowledge and expertise in a certain tool set and area of the stack Raise questions and clarify any doubts with an idea or process Being accountable for assigned work and report to the manager Continue to learn and sharpen skills as QA EngineerSkills / Requirements: Good knowledge of Automation Testing Good experience of testing of Web applications , iPhone , Android and iPad mobile applications Having knowledge about integration and system testing Experience of mantis/ bugzilla/ Jira Preparing Test Cases , Test Plan , Test Document Assist developers in recreating issues/ defects Analyzing the requirements from the client Experience of API/ Performance/ VOIP Testing will be added as an extra advantage Able to work individually Must be self - motivated and able to do multi - tasking Good written and oral communication skills,
