This job, based in Berlin, Germany, entailsworking directly with engineering teams across Europe and collaborating with a US-basedProduct and Customer Success team.Ready to join our team Heres what we are looking forResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Product team to find out the best solutions to address ourcustomers needs, weighing on technical complexity vs delivered valueHelp shape the teams procedures to maximise collaboration and efficiency byparticipating in constructive discussions, planning and decision makingWork on dismantling complex proposals into bite-size deliverables, providing detailedTechnical Specifications and Acceptance CriteriaImplement new features as well as maintain and expand existing ones, accompaniedby its corresponding Unit and Integration Tests developmentSupport our continuous refactoring efforts ensuring our codebase remains up to datewith current methodologies and technologiesKey SkillsProfessional working experience with Ruby and Ruby Frameworks (i.e. Rails, Grape,Sinatra).
