Job Description

    Company DescriptionBioscan Research is focused on improving traumatic brain injury patient outcomes through early detection using the CEREBO, a machine learning-powered NIRS device. The company is located in Ahmedabad and is dedicated to developing objective assessment tools for early identification of brain injuries.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Embedded Hardware Engineer at Bioscan Research in Ahmedabad. The Junior Embedded Hardware Engineer will be responsible for hardware development, circuit design, and electronics hardware design. They will work closely with the team to create and optimize hardware products. The candidate should have solid understanding of embedded systems design principles, including microcontroller/microprocessor architecture, embedded software development, and real-time operating systems. The candidate must also possess the eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges in a fast-paced, innovative. environment.Qualifications Skilled in Circuit Design and Electronics Hardware Development Knowledge of hardware design concepts and experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools Experience with embedded development tools and environments, including IDEs, compilers, debuggers, and emulators Familiarity with communication protocols commonly used in embedded systems, such as SPI, I2C, UART, and Ethernet Previous exposure to software development methodologies, version control systems, and agile practices Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering or related field Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in embedded systems development, such as C/C Experience with embedded systems development for signal processing, machine learning, or neuroscience applications Ability to work well in a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions,
