Job Description

  • Identifying and plugging revenue leakages in relevant revenue stream
  • Manage operational escalations
  • Prevention of under/over charging to end customers
  • Responsible for seamless service delivery
  • Support in audit compliance
  • Coordination with OpCo and cross functional teams -Error free service delivery
  • Seamless execution of processes as per SOP
  • Tracking of operational issues and timely closure
  • Minimise revenue loss
  • Minimal customer complaint (Internal/External)

  • Generally have learning curve of more than 1 year
  • Understanding of Telecom domain
  • Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals
