    Job Title HR ExecutiveLocation: AhmedabadShift: Canadian Shift (Evening/Night Shift)Experience Required: 3 years in HR, preferably in a BPO settingJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage the HR functions for our BPO operations during the Canadian shift. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring HR policies align with organizational objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively support a diverse workforce.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding* Source, screen, and hire candidates for various BPO roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.* Conduct interviews, reference checks, and coordinate pre-employment documentation.* Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Employee Relations and Engagement.* Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide resolutions in line with company policies.* Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and motivation.* Promote a positive work environment by addressing workplace concerns proactively.Performance Management.* Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and implementing performance improvement plans.* Develop and maintain performance metrics to track and enhance employee productivity.* Provide guidance on career development and training opportunities.HR Operations.* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.* Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and leave administration.* Handle payroll queries and ensure accurate processing in collaboration with the finance team.Compliance and Policy Implementation.* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.What We Offer:Competitive salary and shift allowances.Health insurance and other employee benefits.Professional growth opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
