Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Employee Relations:
      • Assist with day-to-day employee relations issues, helping to resolve conflicts and provide advice on performance management.
      • Support the Senior HRBP in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and other employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
      • Provide guidance on company policies, HR processes, and employee conduct.
    2. Talent Management:
      • Assist in recruitment processes by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
      • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and exiting employees.
      • Assist with performance review processes, including gathering feedback and preparing performance appraisal materials.
    3. Training and Development:
      • Help identify learning and development needs within the business and support the planning and delivery of training programs.
      • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, track employee progress, and maintain training records.
    4. HR Data Management and Reporting:
      • Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and systems, ensuring employee data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
      • Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations for leadership, such as turnover analysis, employee engagement surveys, and staffing metrics.
    5. Policy and Compliance:
      • Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly to employees and followed consistently across the organization.
      • Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
