Job Description

    OverviewThe Key Accounts Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by managing key client accounts within the organization. By developing strong relationships with clients and implementing strategic sales plans, the Key Accounts Manager ensures customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to grow key accounts and meet sales targets Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal and external stakeholders Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Resolve key account issues and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Forecast and track key account. metrics Ensure timely delivery of products and services to key clientsRequired Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Proven work experience as a Key Accounts Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret sales performance metrics Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Team player with a customer-oriented approach Availability for occasional travel as neededSkills: negotiation,communication,sales strategies,account management,analytical skills,customer satisfaction,
