    Dear Aspirant,We at Kotak Mahindra Bank are looking for dynamic sales professionals for the position of Senior Branch Relationship Manager - Branch Banking at Ahmedabad location.INTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN MEET US AT THE BELOW MENTIONED ADDRESS: VENUE: Kotak Mahindra Bank, 9th Floor, Venus Amadeus, Jodhpur Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad - 380015Date: 2nd November 22 (Wednesday)TIME: 11 AM to 3 PMGrade: M3 - Manager (On the payroll of Kotak Mahindra Bank).Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.
    • Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel
    • Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
    • Cross sells bank products to existing set of Branch customers which are mapped
    • Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
    • Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
    • Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
    • Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
    • Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
    • Desired Candidate Profile
    • Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service.
    Graduate / Postgraduate
    • Graduate - 4 -6 years of experience AMFI / IRDA
    • Post Graduate - 2 -4 years of experience AMFI / IRDA
    • Customer orientation
    • High energy levels with a motive to succeed
