  1. Should be aware of Basic Chemistry
  2. To assist the scientist in routine lab activity like: setting up reaction & maintaining reaction parameter as per given instruction
  3. To maintain cleanliness and GLP in laboratory
  4. Proper Labelling and storage of solvents/ Chemical
  5. Handling and operating the lab equipments, its cleaning and maintenance
  6. Operating, cleaning and maintenance of autoclave
  7. Recording and documentation of data related to lab experiment and work allotted
  8. Inventory of common solvent, chemicals and stationary and its record
