Job Description

Carrying out entire Raw material and FG Analysis including HPLC & GC analysis as per specified Testing Protocol of every batch.
Upkeep and maintenance of laboratory equipments & instruments and their calibration as per SOPs.
Maintaining records of all test results of RM and FG as per FDA & GLP requirements.
Procurement and maintaining inventory of laboratory consumables.
Maintainence of all Reference samples including all RM & FG.
To collect daily wter sample from ETP & perform complete analysis of it.
To do the sampling of each & every RM done aseptically.
To do all wet analysis including HPLC, GC & Spectroscopy for all RM & BULK samples of products.
MSL maintainence of chemicals, glasswares & consumables in lab.
Timely and accurate analysis of RM, BULK & FG in daily basis.
Documentation and record control at laboratory & Equipment upkeep & their calibration.
Housekeeping & 5S in the laboratory rea.
Ensue GLP, GMP, Safety and Hygiene in Lab.
Audit facing for entire lab & clear it as per its requirement.
QM Spec server opeartion& drive all insp plans & methods to conduct all analysis.
To involve in the RCA incase of any failures of RM,SFG & FG if takes place.
