Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    1. Look after key account management activities by closely working with client managers and Directors.
    2. Serveasthelinkofcommunicationbetweenkeycustomersandinternalteams.
    3. Acting as Point of contact (POC) for the Client handling matters of correspondence, agreements, terms of business, and number of closures for months.
    4. Maintain a healthy and cordial relationship at CXO level to ensure a long term relationship with the client.
    5. Managing existing relationships and developing plans to map future needs and requirements.
    6. Ensuring strong follow up with client managers for timely delivery of quality resumes and closure of positions as per set targets.
    7. Following up with passive clients on a regular basis, building rapport and gaining a trust of clients and getting their Manpower requirements.
    8. Ensuring upsell and cross sell of company products to be made with all the new and existing customers in the portfolio.
    9. Looking for new business opportunities in an existing account and maintaining the existing part (Farming of an account).
    10. Marketresearch of clientsandcompetitiontrackingforeffectiveclientrelationships.
    11. Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly tracker reports in software and excel sheets.
