Job Description

    Position: Lead HR - Talent Acquisition (Sales) & HR OperationsLocation: Ahmedabad (Relocation Mandatory)Eligibility / Conditions (Mandatory Before Applying)
    • Minimum 10 years of overall HR experience
    • Must be from the Building Material industry
    • (Construction Chemicals experience will be given first preference)
    • Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition / Sourcing of Sales Teams
    • Hands-on experience in hiring field sales executives to senior sales leadership
    • Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad is mandatory
    • Candidates without sales hiring experience or building material industry exposure should not apply
    Key ResponsibilitiesI) Talent Acquisition Sales Team
    • Partner closely with Sales leadership to understand current and future manpower requirements.
    • Design and execute effective hiring strategies for Sales roles across regions.
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales professionals (Field Executives, Area Sales Managers, Regional Managers, etc.).
    • Build strong sourcing channels (consultants, referrals, market mapping, direct sourcing).
    • Develop and implement structured onboarding programs to ensure faster productivity of new Sales hires.
    • Support in designing Sales incentive plans, performance evaluation frameworks, and target-setting mechanisms.
    • Identify training & development needs for the Sales team (product knowledge, negotiation skills, customer engagement, channel management).
    • Track Sales manpower performance, hiring metrics, and attrition; provide HR analytics and insights to management.
    • Drive retention initiatives to reduce attrition within the Sales function.
    • Act as an HR Business Partner to Sales teams across locations.
    II) HR Operations
    • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and internal HR policies.
    • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, and HRIS-related activities.
    • Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
    • Coordinate with department heads for performance management cycles and appraisals.
    • Assist in HR policy formulation, revision, and implementation.
    • Prepare and present periodic HR reports and dashboards to senior management.

    • Data-driven approach to hiring and HR decision-making.
    • Ability to work independently and handle high-volume, fast-paced recruitment.
