Job Description

    Purpose of the role:-Reporting to the Group Head, Talent and Leadership Development, the Succession Planning & Assessment Leader will be responsible for developing a pipeline of ready-to-deploy, global, and diverse talent.Strategic Roles and Responsibilities :- Co-create and consistently evolve succession planning framework and processes for executive level roles. For example, developing supporting tools and materials for robust talent reviews and ensuring a strong cadence in terms of calendarization of talent processes in line with the business needs. Collaborate with senior management and other key stakeholders to align talent management strategies with business needs, ensuring effective communication and partnership. Ensure that the resources and processes are designed with user-centricity as the core principle; identify and eliminate waste and streamline processes to enable simple, effective, and consistent action. Design data-driven processes for identifying critical. talent gaps and building action plans to address those gaps. Collaborate with businesses to execute succession planning within the organization, focusing on critical roles, developing talent maps, and re-enforcing follow up on development plans and actions. Develop, test, and implement approaches and resources to support talent planning processes. Complete accountability of the overall talent assessment portfolio, including talent assessments for talent development, identification of potential, and selection decisions. Designing uniform talent methodologies in collaboration with the business-wise Talent SPOCS for assessing and sharing talent. Providing expert guidance on talent and succession planning across teams and groups as and when required Aligning with businesses to ensure that talent processes are inclusive and enable all employees to realize their aspirations and full potential Lead the Human Capital Management system (Oracle Fusion) integration and improvements to support talent processes (i.e. Talent Reviews, talent Profiles, development plans, etc.).Role holder Requirements :-ExperienceMBA, Masters in HR, Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations, or Masters in Organizational Psychology with significant experience in HR or related field15 years of previous experience across Talent Management/Human Resource rolesDemonstrated ability to drive HR and talent strategies; excellent judgment and perspective on talent managementStrong technical talent assessment expertiseOpen to regular travelDesired AttributesStrong collaboration/interpersonal skills for effectively partnering with employees at all levels Strong, proactive problem-solving mindset Relevant experience in large, multinational companies/large conglomerates Proven expertise and passion to drive change in an effective and participative manner Ability to inspire others to drive talent management goals Knowledge of Lean methodologies/mindset,
