Job Description

    Job description
    • Will be responsible to drive sales through national chains
    • To Handle a team of MT- Admins for better efficiency and result.
    • Responsible for registration, code creation and listing of new customers in Yakult s Sales base.
    • Co-ordinating with Category buyers/ Managers for stock fulfillment at store level.
    • Co-ordinating with Category buyers/Managers for any GRN related/delivery related issue and resolving the same.
    • Co-ordinating with key customers managers for branding and promotional activities.
    • Following -up with marketing team and vendors for final branding installations at store- level.
    • Continuously working towards increasing the product dept at store-level by increasing the facing and store positions.
    • Co-ordinating with Yakult Center reports for resolving any customer-related issues.
    • Building relationship with Store -level Managers for visibility check and new activity approvals.
    • Co-ordinating with Center sales teams on day to day basis for purchase orders (PO)/GRN, pricing for MT accounts.
    • Co-ordinating with finance team for outstanding/payment related issues.
    • Responsible for proving timely balance confirmation, NDC, Account Ledger, Reconciliation reports to customers by co- ordinating with finance.
    • Analyzing outstanding data and keeping a check on the pending payment and recovering the same from the customers.
    • Suspense zeroization by following -up on payment advice from the customer for all the key accounts.
    • Check the reports shared by admin team on daily basis and suggest for improvements.
    • Align with various support departments within the company and outside to ensure necessary support inputs.
