Job Description

    Job Title: Loader TechnicianLocation: Ahmedabad Department: Loader Assembly & Maintenance Job Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:We are looking for a Loader Technician to handle the assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of loader machines. The ideal candidate should have experience working with hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems in heavy equipment. This role requires hands-on expertise in fitting, repairing, and optimizing loader performance.Roles & Responsibilities:
    1. Loader Machine Assembly & Installation:
    • Assemble loader components, hydraulic systems, and mechanical parts as per technical drawings.
    • Install and test hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and control systems.
    • Ensure proper alignment, bolting, and fitting of mechanical structures.
    1. Routine Maintenance & Repairs:
    • Conduct preventive maintenance on loader machines to ensure durability and efficiency.
    • Inspect and replace wear-and-tear parts like hoses, seals, bearings, and filters.
    • Perform lubrication, adjustments, and calibration of moving parts.
    1. Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis:
    • Identify and fix issues in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
    • Diagnose and resolve engine faults, hydraulic leaks, or transmission problems.
    • Use diagnostic tools to test and monitor pressure, temperature, and system performance.
    1. Electrical & Control System Support:
    • Work with electrical wiring, sensors, relays, and control panels.
    • Diagnose and repair wiring faults, fuses, and control switches.
    • Assist in integrating automation and PLC-based control systems where applicable.
    1. Testing & Quality Checks:
    • Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure loaders meet quality standards.
    • Test loader operations, including lifting, tilting, and manoeuvring functions.
    • Ensure all repairs and installations comply with safety and operational guidelines.
    1. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
    • Report breakdowns and suggest improvements for machine performance optimization.
    • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve loader efficiency.
