Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIESLogistics activities:1. Ensure compliance with Missionpharmas logistics SOPs, instructions,and operational guidelines.2. Update Transit Packing Lists in D365.3. Upload relevant documents into D365.4. Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to prequalified freight forwardersand evaluate received quotations on GoComet.5. Request for the creation of new freight items in D365 to QD whenrequired.6. Insert freight budgets into quotations in D365 and communicatefreight market trends to the Sales team.7. Update Transport Plan Compliance after coordinating with forwarders.8. Prepare and send various weekly and monthly reports to LOs.9. Create Freight Purchase Orders and process related invoices.10. Courier shipping documents to clients and agents, including Locatingbatch-wise Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Preparing Certificates ofOrigin (COO), Certificates of Inspection (COI).11. Notify relevant LO about goods arrival at Lynge Warehouse and QCrelease status.12. Organize and file both hard and soft copies of Bills of Lading (BL).13. Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the Head ofLogistics & IT or Logistics Officers.14. Work in conjunction with inter / intra - department.15. Communicate with various warehouse teams (Kandla / All Powerful /IFFs warehouses for transit orders) to have smooth operations andexecution.16. In conjunction with LoA tasks, learn the communication flow withcustomers for sharing documents.
