Dear Candidate,We have some urgent opening for Color ConsultantPosition Title: Color ConsultantLocation: AhemdabadJob Nature: Off role Salary would be:13KExperience: FresherAge: 18 to 25yrsOnly female : Interior DesignPrimary Function Provide professional consultation to customers through various available finish and coloroptions, and help them choose the best; in-line with the dcor of their homes.Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Provide a complete solution to customers with regard tocolorand painting their homes, understanding their requirements and incorporating existing features of their homes
  • Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products tocolortheir homes
  • Willingness to work in a retail environment and engage with clients across age and income groups for 8.5 hours a day and 6 days in a week
  • Consult customers by creating a stress free and enjoyable experience for paint selection
  • Follow grooming and etiquette standards at all times while on duty
  • Develop a healthy working environment for co-workers and effectively contribute in any team-based tasks
  • Documentation and timely submission of daily reports
  • Discipline in adherence to work timingsKnowledge & Skill
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Orientation to engage with customers and deliver a delightful customer experience
  • Ability to learn and work with technology applications & software related to home dcor
  • Orientation towards colour and basic understanding of colour in the home dcor space
  • Ability to learn and work with software applications related to home dcor, billing and vendor management, CRM
