    Destination:- Sr Engineer ( Sales)Salary: 5- 7 LPAExperience:- 5-7 yrsGender preference:- MaleAge : 27 35 yrsLocation:- Ahmedabad, GujratQualification:- BE/B.Tech ( Mechanical, Elect, Instrumentation, Electronics, Industrial, Automobile streams only ), MBA will be an added advantage-Should be an aggressive, go-getter, self-driven techno-commercial professionalShould be conversant in understanding, analyzing & providing necessary solutions for thelarge/medium size projects, preferably from material handling or conveyor system saleshistoryShould have proven track record of achieving 30-40 % growth year after year in theassigned territory and addition of maximum number of new customersMust have thorough understanding of local market, creating road map, establishingsegment & industry matrix, OEMs & EPCs. Knowledge of Automobile, Auto Component &Ancillaries companies will be preferred.Should be proficient in building networks, creating long lasting relationships, valueaddition calls, dealing with senior stake holders & identifying new prospects.Should be an influencer with a knack about application based selling, basic design &drawing knowledgeShould possess excellent presentation skills to engage customers, robust market intel,competition evaluation, new techno-advancementShould be ready for extensive travelling , minimum 20 daysShould be a master in negotiation skills to handle both primary level & secondary levelcustomers across the industriesShould be a process follower, proactive in reporting discipline, projection & closing thecase with quick turnaround time with a high hit rate,
